Baby Stroller Side Step Card

Changing it up a little. There are some babies arriving very soon so I thought I better get busy and get cards and gifts lined up. This card uses a side step fold. I really enjoy the side step card it allows some dimension. It really makes and interesting card with lots of different options.

  • Cardstock
  • Decorator Paper
  • Stickers (I had some Creative Memories left over)
  • Riboon
  • Stickles (for the wheels)
  • Stamp and Ink
  • Doodlebug Sanding Sugar for the letters
  • Cutting files from Adams Acres

This file contains elements to cut the side step card, baby stroller and baby title. You can print and cut using the pdf or use electronic die cutter to cut the SVG, SCUT and MTC file.
Price: $1.00

If you are curious about how to fold the side step card I put together this quick video.  I use the Martha Stewart Scor board for crisp folds.

I’m A Little Teapot

About a month ago I went to Crop for the Cure.  Our hostess’ mother needed a file for place cards for her tea party.  She was such a sweet gal so there was no way I was going to refuse to make this little teapot for her.  She added pearls, hand wrote the comment and we dabbed on Stickles Star Dust for a little shimmer.

Find the teapot file below for cutting with your cutter, or printing and cutting by hand.

Crocus SVG Card

Crocus SVG Card

I love flowers.  If I am not good at growing them I certainly know I can pull out inkscape and create one for my beloved cricut using sure cuts a lot.

Today I have create a happy birthday card with crocus.  Stickles have been added.  This will continue to happen until my supply starts to dwindle.

Enjoy the Crocus.  The file will include the svg files as well as a Scal Library.

Stickles are Awesome

Tim Holtz Stickles

Tim Holtz Stickles

I have recently become obsessed with adding glitter to my cards and scrapbooking pages.  I was using a sugar coating glitter and a glue pen to apply it but that is messy.  It does offer its own unique look more of a flat finish and good for covering larger areas.  I have since purchased Stickles which are a Tim Holtz product.  I like them because they squeeze easily.  I can really control how much or how little of the product I use.  They apply with a very fluid motion which allows you to write with them very easily.  Tim has worked hard to create them in all different covers.  a little really goes a long ways even though the bottles look a little small.  All in all I give the Stickles a big fat thumbs up.  I have started to collect several bottles of the stickles, next I am going to need to come up with an organizer for them.  You can find a variety of Tim Holtz Stickles from here.
