FAQ

Q. How to Download Files

A.  Whether you are a FREE member or Paying for a Creative Package you download from a download page.  The download page will tell you to either click the link or click the image to download the file.  You must be logged in to download any of the files available on the site.  The files are usually zipped which means once you have the file on your hard drive/computer you will need to unzip the file before use.

Q.  I lost my password

A.  On the left side of the screen you will see an area to log in or find a lost password link that will email you a new password.  The password will arrive in your email.

Q.  I can’t seem to download the file

A.  Step 1:  Be sure you are logged in.  If you are logged in you will see your registered name on the left side of the screen.  It will list all your levels of membership, free and paid.  If you see free you can access all the free files.  If you have purchased additional packages and registered with the same username and password you will see that package available also.  You will only be able to access the areas listed on the left side of the screen near the log in form.  If you do not see your name you either need to become a free member or request your password a second time.

I don’t have your email address listed as a member. It’s not a problem though. Just sign up again. It’s free. Which file in particular did you want to download?
