Cornucopia for Fall and Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is so close. I can almost smell the turkey, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie. For this holiday I created a Cornucopia. This has lots of little cuts but the assembly goes together very quickly. I so enjoyed working on this project. I had an old 8X10 frame in mind when I created this cornucopia file
After I cut all the elements I embellished them with chalk, glitter and Stickles and added a vellum title from a Creative Memories collection. I wish the picture did the finished product justices. Paper crafter not a photographer.
The cutting files contain all the vegetables, greenery and cornucopia. This file is in SVG, PDF, SCUT and MTC formats.
As I was designing this piece I discovered that I could use it well beyond the fall season. It has so many elements that could be used for gardening themes, cookbook projects. I even discovered that the foliage can be used to create some pretty neat Christmas wreaths and trees but that is for another post. The Cornucopia files can be purchased from the Adams Acres Store. I hope you enjoy this file as much as I enjoyed making and playing with it.
Carolyn has done it again. This is what Carolyn did with the Adams Acres Apple Picking File.
Thanks for sharing Carolyn.
A Pumpkin Good Freebie
First project out of the new craft room. I receive a Parent Connection e-letter. It had this idea to print and cut pumpkins, fold them in half, glue them together and viola you and the kids have a craft. Well is was cute but white, on white on white. White and Halloween I couldn’t make the connection so this is what I came up with instead.
I cut 8 of the large pumpkins. I folded them in half an pasted them together with craft adhesive spray. I did a little chalking on the edges. That wasn’t enough so I went back to Inkscape and added the vine and a smaller pumpkin. The kitty comes from an upcoming featured cut that is available in the Adams Acres Store.
This file is available for FREE is my awesome Adams Acres members. Be sure to join using the links in the left margin. If you are a member just log in the file download area will appear below.

Apple Picking
Apples are one of the great benefits of fall. This year our little apple tree did it’s job in great fashion. We were blessed with beautiful tasty apples. Use this apple cart for your fall cards and pages. This can be printed and cut or cut with your favorite die cut machine. The cut is available from Adams Acres.
