Cat and Pumpkin Candy Bar Wrapper
Today my inspiration was a bag of Hershey bars sitting on my desk. Before I devoured them I thought I better get them wrapped up for Halloween Treats. So this is what I came up with.
This holds a 1.55 oz hershey bar. The box is about 5 3/4 inches wide and about 2 1/4 inches tall. I wrapped it with ribbon to hold it shut but you could use velcro or tape really your choice. I used the Cat and Pumpkin file available in the Adams Acres store for the embellishments.

Halloween Candy Cracker
I have seen Christmas Crackers so this is my Halloween version. The embellishments are simple because I will probably making quite a few. You could get really crazy with the design.

You only need a few supplies to make these crackers. They are a very economical way to treat the ones you love. I used:
- A toilet paper roll (who doesn’t have one or two of these)
- Craft paper
- tissue paper
- a little ribbon
- a little glue ( I used Tombo)
- and string
I covered the toilet paper roll with the tissue paper. I used a couple of layers. I am filling my roll with candy so I wanted to make sure the tissue was thick enough to hold the candy in. I cut my craft paper a 1/2 inch shorter than the roll. Leaving a 1/4 inch reveal on either side. I punched holes in the roll and the craft paper with my crop-a-dile. It was a little tricky to poke the ribbon through. I went this route instead of gluing the ribbon on the outside. If I glued them to the outside I know I would have a pile of crackers without any ribbon after transporting. I cut the letters using Sure Cuts a Lot. I tied a little multi colored Sugar and Cream yarn (Doodle Twine would have been better but I was out of stock) around either end of the tissue. I also cut the ends of the tissue to fray them. Viola a Halloween Cracker.
A Little Batty
Who doesn’t go a little “batty” during the Halloween season. I wouldn’t want to find a bat in my bellfree unless he looked like this fellow. Here is a “Bat”astic design for your Halloween crafts. This design can be printed and cut or use your favorite die cut machine. This design is available in the Adams Acres Store.
A Pumpkin Good Freebie
First project out of the new craft room. I receive a Parent Connection e-letter. It had this idea to print and cut pumpkins, fold them in half, glue them together and viola you and the kids have a craft. Well is was cute but white, on white on white. White and Halloween I couldn’t make the connection so this is what I came up with instead.
I cut 8 of the large pumpkins. I folded them in half an pasted them together with craft adhesive spray. I did a little chalking on the edges. That wasn’t enough so I went back to Inkscape and added the vine and a smaller pumpkin. The kitty comes from an upcoming featured cut that is available in the Adams Acres Store.
