Creative Memories Gets an Update
I really haven’t looked at creative memories much in the last few years. I haven’t had a consultant around to put new stuff in my face. The other day the blade gave out on my 12 inch strate trimmer and I went on a hunt to find a consultant in the neighborhood. I came across Linda Lundhom in Grand Island, NE. She showed me all the new neat stuff Creative Memories has added. They look like they are getting with the program and adding a few more embelishments. They are also adding quick change frames.
One thing that really hit me where I live is they had some awesome vellum printed with Christian Bible versuses. Needless to say I walked out of Linda’s house with my new blade as well as the vellum accents.
If you need some Christian inspired scrapbooking materials I found some at Creative Memories. I purchased mine for $7.50 for 30 pieces.

RSS Hugger
I still have a touch of internet marketer left in me. In an effort to boost the readership and the PR of this blog I am using RSS Hugger to get a few more back links to the site. RSS Hugger is easy to use and definitely a great free service to syndicate your content and get some backlinks in return.
Thank you for letting me and the rest of the scrapbookers use your service to bring more adoration back to our pastime.
Cheapskate Scrapbooking Magazine Subscription Tip
In this economy everyone wants to save a buck, me included. I was at the local library which is one of my favorite places to take the kids. Absolutely free source of entertainment, unless you can’t get the books back on the due date which is not uncommon for me.
As I was browsing through the magazines I noticed that they just about had every scrapbooking, crafting and cooking magazine I ever wanted. Our library lets you check out the previous months magazine which is awesome. I have been pulling the magazines, taking them home and coping the pages that have exactly what I am looking for.
For the cost of a few copies on my home copier I have all the ideas I can use. I haven’t paid a penny for a subscriptions. Better than that I don’t have a bunch of magazines cluttering the house. I have saved trees and landfills by reusing someone elses copy.
I am really patting mysel of the back here. If you are reading this blog you are probably a really smart person and are already using the library for your magazine subscriptions if not go ahead and give it a try.

Hobby Lobby Lady Make Your Cricut Chirp with This
Thank you so much for sharing your coupon with us at Hobby Lobby. Grandma was treating the boys to toys and that helped the cause.
Because you were so generous and you said your Circut wasn’t chirping too much I wanted to share a couple of things I use to get the most out of my cricut without buying each and every cartridge.
Step 1: get yourself a copy of the Sure Cuts a Lot software. To use this software you need to get a usb cable that will connect your cricut to your computer. Just like the cable you might use to connect your printer to your computer.
Step 2: Hop over to crafters edge forum. This takes about a half a day to figure out but well worth the effort if you want to make good use of your cricut machine.
I would also visit Susan Bluerobot . This is one of the best places to really learn how to really turn your cricut into a workhorse.

I just got paid by Backlinks
This little blog doesn’t get a ton of traffic. It doesn’t take long to rachett up the traffic on the site just by posting a few more times per month. In any case when I started posting to the blog again I thought I would add not pretty non intruding monteizing methods. One monetizer is Backlinks this little piece of code looks like part of the site. Doesn’t throw big ugly banners on my site and doesn’t toss awful, distasteful links on my site. What it does is as a few partner links that look part of the normal navigation bar.
Well the code has been on the site for a little over a week. Today being the beginning of the month they sent my first payment straight to my email account. This is the easiet monetization I have ever done on a website. It is really great for just about any blog.
If you want a proven cash cow for your blog get an account at Backlinks.
