I have this little gal that comes home on the bus with my daughter on Wednesday nights. After 7 weeks of Wednesday nights she is no longer a guest but a part of the family. There is no more formal she just acts like the other 3.
She has a quirky sense of humor. Sometimes she zings me and it take about 15 minutes to realize I have been zinged.
Her zing today was very clever.
She walked in today and grabbed the bottle of gummy children’s vitamins on the counter. She popped two in her mouth and said, “these are my vitamins.” I said, “Ohh you take those at home.” She replied without hesitation, “I have 2 a day once a week.” I said, “You are supposed to have 2 every day.” She said, “But I am only here once a week.”
